My short term goal is to lose about 10lbs of fat. My long term goal is to put on about 15-20lbs of muscle.
Goal (Long):
When I look in the mirror I just see a tired out of shape body. In the past I have "half-assedly" tried to change that. As of the first of the year I have quit smoking and drastically cut back on alcohol consumption.
Now the game plan is to stick with it and get in shape. Long term goal is to get down to 13% body fat and weight in around 185-190. I want bigger arms and a more defined chest and back.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
13%
