After I got dirty under my car took a pic. Man do I look scrawny there. Somewhere around 145 there. The date is an estimate

Moved to Vermont, wasn't in gym for 3 months. Lost some size, lots of strength. NOT a good progression. Yes, I am in PJs in a spare bedroom here.

I only pose in womens booty shorts!
I'm back over 160, lil more upper body muscle, and athletically fit again! Gotta keep working out and break 180lbs one day!
