Just a TON of protien (1.5g/lb) mix and Creatine. I eat a lot of tuna and chicken too.

I forget what I typed before but it couldn't have been too negative. I give ANYBODY who works out 10 bonus respect points for actually trying instead of vegging out 24/7. I think what I meant was that you looked like you were in better shape than you give yourself credit for. That's all.
