Sorry it took me a little while to respond. I haven't logged on here since my hubby returned from deployment...but thank you very much. It does take a lot of dedication to lose that much. Good luck with your goals!

everything else is going pretty good. 2 months left of this deployment till I get to see my hubby again. I hope its a great surprise how much I've lost ^_^ This weekends been pretty good, very low key though. I pulled a muscle in my lower back so I haven't been able to exercise for a couple days, which bums me out. I think I've become addicted! How was your weekend?

Haha, I hear you on the diet thing. I lost over 100 lbs and never really dieted...it was mostly exercise, but now I really need to change things to lose this last 40. I'm trying to stay on a main diet of veggies/green fruits, straight up protein like chicken and tuna and then oatmeal and brown rice. though some days i do get to splurge a little. hopefully with being more strict my progress will start to pick up a little more. good luck with the diet and let me know how your program works!

I know that can be difficult! You should invest in a dvd you can take with you that you can do while you travel to at least keep up some of the toning ^_^ My workouts have been going good. Seeing some progress in places and trying to keep things mixed up so my body is always shocked.

Things are going pretty good. Ive finally noticed some changes, and although progress is slow at least it's moving in the right direction.

i have to leave this in 2 comments cuz of the text limit.. i cant imagine how hard it must be to try and eat right sometimes when all you have to eat is whats in the mess hall or whats at the px! btw, i really like youre new main image, its sweet!

haha tell me about it! i'm constantly re-adjusting my eating. another marine my husband is deployed with was emailing me about nutrition last night, and now im starting a new plan! i have to live up to the bar that my hubby is one of the most physically fit marines on the entire base..and im full blooded italian..im genetically set to be a curvacious pasta loving girl! so the goal is to be super toned and retain my curves!

Slowly plugging away, but getting frustrated with my workouts and slow progress. I'm trying to change up some stuff with my eating and my routines to see if it helps. That's great that you're doing so well! Keep it up!

Still trying to work hard! Still equally as frustrated. My body is shifting things around so in some places it seems like im losing and others like im gaining. im trying out some new things to mix up my workouts and see if that helps as well. im doing zumba classes and also trying to do more at home fit dvd exercises! hopefully a mix of everything will keep my muscles guessing and ill be able to work every muscle as well. how have you been doing??

The workout is going good! I'm really getting into the groove of liking to work out. I've even started to jog!! --this is amazing in itself cuz I have never been a jogger/runner. Haha, I can't wait for that "woah" moment. I just want results faster! I know it won't happen, but I can wish. I've upped my cardio, and I tried those stairclimbers like you said, and it completely kicked my ass! It was awesome. How have your workouts been going? :)

Hrrrm I should try a stair machine! I always do intervals on the elliptical between 0 & 8 resistance ^_^
