Very impressive dedication to being your best. To fight factors out of your control and lose a 100lbs is extremely impressive. On top of that you are directly supporting a fellow military brethren. To keep pressing forward will doing that is indeed a sign of strong determination and character!
Workouts have ben going great, thanks for asking. It's just more of the diet for me. I'm going on a 12 week plan starting tomorrow, so we'll see how that turns out. How are things for you?
Hey thanks for touching base - love that pic - my work outs have been erratic - traveling like crazy the last four weeks - hard to stay consistent. How about you?
I am doing pretty good, feeling mentally and phsyically drained though :p This is my last week on this program, then I'm taking a week off! Gained a few lbs of muscle, and maybe the rest will help me grow a little more. Tried some different things myself, no matter how fit you are a change up will give the body a nice shock!
Yeah but living here is way good to see more of Europe than I ever thought possible, Which is all kinds of cool but I can not wait to get back to the beach.
So your down in SoCal? Yeah we came from Oceanside and we lived pretty close to the beach, so we miss the weather a lot. The beach is always cool and my wife luved it but we will be back in 16 months...
It is a challenge, but it has it's good points, too. A lot less junk food over here....and impossible to fill the "bad for you" cravings I get sometimes! I eat a lot of fruit here, much more than I do at home. Clean protein is hard to find, but worth the challenge! I can only imagine how happy you are going to make hubby when he gets back! That's one lucky marine! :)
It's going ok, this weekend was out of control LOL we had to much fun. The weather was nice in Germany all weekend for once but that rarely happens;) How about you?
