I have worked out since I was in high school. It's always been an interest of mine. After university I met my future husband who was just launching his own BODYBUILDING & FITNESS ORGANIZATION. I had just seen a Sports Aerobics contest and knew that i wanted to somehow be involved with fitness type events, so I was immediately intrigued. I dropped everything else I was working on and began volunteering with him. Together we developed the WORLD NATURAL SPORTS ORGANIZATION (WNSO) which then became the sanctioning body for all the events of the FAME WORLD TOUR! And that's what I still do today. :-)
Why I Love It:
It's all about health, physique and personal growth in all areas of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated from our athletes and our events. Each event is an end goal for me which which encourages me to always eat clean and stay in shape.

Why I like this video: Fun with the athletes post event. Everyone was invited to attend. Great bonds were formed. A really fun time!

I would love to compete in FAME Sincity, but with only 6 weeks left I don't think my body will be ready. I'm training as if I am to see how my body responds since I've never done this before. Would love to be there anyway I can, do you guys need help with anything? Booth, backstage, anything? Thanks for being such an awesome organization.

Thanks for your kind words about my picture. I wish I was competing, but right now I am in the home stretch of my junior year in college. I hope that FAME continues to get bigger every year and you continue to do big things as a part of it.
so mindy, are you going to be in the bikini contest then?? just wondering $500 thats all right just for looking good. heck i think that woman work harder to win those 500 prizes than a construction worker does to make a couple gran on a pay check. i dont want to affend any of those guys, but most look like 25-30% body fat anyways. i just wanna say you look good and you'd probably win hands down. have a great day. talk to you later.
Compete, no. I would like to add muscle mass and maybe get into comp. shape, If I can only get a grip on my diet. But compatition, probly to late for me im already 38 and jist now starting to lift weight seriously.
