How I Started:
Just trying to get as strong as possible, then decided to work on size and symmetry.
I origninaly starting lifting in March of '06, but I did not get serious about physique sculpting/bodybuilding till about Dec. '07
Why I Love It:
I feel like the gym is my sanctuary. When I'm there I feel the stress just leave my mind and body. Plus, the feeling is somewhat amazing when, as Arnold puts it, you feel "the pump'!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a blog that details this a little.
BB Accomplishments:
I was able to bench 285 for 3 reps and dead lift 350 for 2(I'm only 155 at this point though).
First day back at the gym after taking almost a month off
I don't really work out on my abs (i do about 2 sets of cable crunches every other day), but since summer is coming along I said hey, there's first time for everything, so this is technically the before picture.

Goal (Long):
A complete overhaul of my nutrition is required for me to reach my goals. I have a long term goal of reaching 180lbs and cut. I would like to be able to finally make it over the 300lbs mark on the bench and be able to throw up a front double biceps without my chest disappearing. I'll keep everyone posted as I progress.

I want to GAIN 25 lb

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
3 years training, went through couple of different looks...always train hard! and u, ? what do u do for those arms of urs mostly? like if u could credit one move or groups of moves that built them like that what would they be?
Hope the calories are storming in rather than sneaking into your nutrition. :) Things are good with me, just got back from a roadtrip through the southwestern US. Time the hit the weights, again!
