hey, trainings going pretty good i don't make time for much conditioning training anymore im going straight at the muscles with bench squat and some fartlek running training so im getting sweet results. my kicks and punches and grappling moves are much more fluent and powerful so i'm going to keep at muslce building and power training til I'm good for my height, i can bench 70kg, 4 x 6 and curl 29kg one arm seated with good form and i squat 95kg 4 x 6 so im going gud
how are you lately?

hey man, im doing a maintenance and growth program, i just did a 60kg barbell curl :P but its pretty bad technique haha. im busy with school by choice, but i can still make time for some good training sessions. i lost fat so now im 9%, how are you going?

yeah i spar at club for tkd practice but i spar at a friends house for more real life practice, we use UFC rules, sometimes weapons and multiple attackers

haha true im 13.8" atm im aiming for a max of 15" i dont think i want to go any bigger because thats probly when i can curl 65kg ish

sweet as, thanks bro its good to have some values to look at. im guessing your triceps are probably making the difference because im able to curl 44ish just once and my arm is 13.6" tensed. i can bench 81kg once.

yeah i think sparring comes from just practice after good weapons/form/combination training. its something you can't train any other way and it is very important for confidence and to keep you sure of what you are capable of

hey whats up?
do you measure bicep when tensed or cold, because yours is 38cm, you can curl 37kg and bench 50kg but mines 30cm (cold) and 34.5cm (tensed) and i can curl 45kg and bench 80kg haha just wondering, thanks g

hey man,
when you measure muscle size, do you use the video insructions the site gives you? i would have thought that you'd tense so the muscle is as large as possible, and the measurement is always taken to be the largest.
