Very nice, my martial arts training as been going pretty good I been doing so much kicking drills its crazy. Im up to 55 round house kicks in 30 seconds on my left leg and 52 on my right leg. The tolerence conditioning has been a pain the ass though but its been good. About you?
Out of work and looking. Hopeing to get back in the gym by next week and being able to do forms and swim with lots of abb work ..Sciatica!! Trying to only stress eat popcorn and not cookies,candy and pizza.
alrite mate all that information on my profile is from about 6 months ago i cant be bothered updating it ....... but at the moment not tensed my arms are 15 inches exact not tensed .... tensed there 16 and a quarter i can curl 50kg on the barbell but it's too heavy and can get an injury easily so i go from 20 kg upto 40 increasing every set. hope this helps
A little of all..but energy flow is the weakest emement. Sparing is a component that one must be compotent in but not a huge requirement. Combonations, forms and wepon work are stressed.
There are many factors that determine what level someone may reach as a bodybuilder, like #1. Genetics, #2. Having the heart and desire, #3 being educated on all the necessary topics like training styles, nutrition, and supplements. And #4. Drug use. I will never be an IFBB pro cause I'm natural. I think bb can be an asset to your martial arts ability!
