How I Started:
I was a little flabby. I hated looking that way, so I decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after i get finished working out. I love feeling like I have accomplished something.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing great results. Music. Friends and family.

This is me after a cut i did last August. I cut a lot of bodyfat aswell as a lot of muscle. I went from around 215 at around 18-19% to 195 at around 12% bodyfat.
So after my cut last August of 06, I wanted to bulk, but I cheated a lot and put on some bodyfat. Around the end of September, I started to cut again, because I thought i was getting too fat. Hey bud, do you ever find you get clicks and cracks e.g. in ankles, wrists and shoulders etc, in and out of the gym? I get them quite a bit (not painful though). I'm just asking as you are about the same age as me and the osteopath said it can happen if you grow suddenly, or have a growth spurt. Thanks in advance.
You are making good progress. Start slow, set short term goals like 5 lbs by the end of ----, then another 5 and then maybe 10 or so and pretty soon you will be where you want to be.

I'm here bro. My progress is kicking ass. I dont know if its testosterone or what, but my results are going throught the roof. 3 months aga I was 153 now I am 168 and my abs are more defined. My bench has gone up 5 lbs each week for the last 3 weeks. I dont even know what I'm doing diffrent. It's great!

But yea, the animal products are amazing. I've been using them for about 2 years now, and I'll never go to anything else.
