I was a little flabby. I hated looking that way, so I decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after i get finished working out. I love feeling like I have accomplished something.

went from around 215 to a cut 194 at 6'2. Not much but still good results for me.

6'2- 195lbs. 6'2- 216 lbs.
This is me after a cut i did last August. I cut a lot of bodyfat aswell as a lot of muscle. I went from around 215 at around 18-19% to 195 at around 12% bodyfat.
So after my cut last August of 06, I wanted to bulk, but I cheated a lot and put on some bodyfat. Around the end of September, I started to cut again, because I thought i was getting too fat. So i wasted a few months just being stupid. Then around December, I started clean bulking. Then in January, ...

I had a great back workout yesterday. I also threw in some Bicep and trap work.

I started off my workout with Deadlifts.

Warmup: 8 reps of 135 lbs.

8 reps of 185

8 reps of 225

6 reps of 275

Next, barbell rows:

8 x 4 of 115 lbs. Medium speed pulling up to upper abs, slow on...

Hey bud, do you ever find you get clicks and cracks e.g. in ankles, wrists and shoulders etc, in and out of the gym? I get them quite a bit (not painful though). I'm just asking as you are about the same age as me and the osteopath said it can happen if you grow suddenly, or have a growth spurt. Thanks in advance.

You are making good progress. Start slow, set short term goals like 5 lbs by the end of ----, then another 5 and then maybe 10 or so and pretty soon you will be where you want to be. Keep rippin' it up!

I'm here bro. My progress is kicking ass. I dont know if its testosterone or what, but my results are going throught the roof. 3 months aga I was 153 now I am 168 and my abs are more defined. My bench has gone up 5 lbs each week for the last 3 weeks. I dont even know what I'm doing diffrent. It's great!
