When I Started:
Oct, 2006
How I Started:
I've always been into keeping fit ever since i was about 14 years old. I began training seriously at the age of 18. I met a guy at my college who was a bodybuilder, we used to train in his garage and I couldn't believe the size and strength of the lad. I wanted to be like that an from then on I've continued training.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump you get after a good workout in the gym. I love the feeling that my muscles are going to explode out my skin!
How I Stay Motivated:
Ive trained with some brilliant athletes and they are what keep me motivated in the gym.. I love a challenge, so to train with someone really helps to push me to my limits.
BB Accomplishments:
Weighing over the 100kg mark.
Pushing 170kg 1RM on the Flat Bench press (With Spot)
Cut Fat, Whilst keeping as much muscle as possible!
Goal (Long):
I've never really had a problem through my life to gain weight but it has come to that time where I feel my bellys getting a way bit to big therefore I want to cut as much fat as I can whilst preserving as much muscle at the same time.
I dont particularly want to lose a lot of size but I do want to cut up more generally all over..
Hey man. About the EAS Myoplex Carb Bar. Not neccesarily, however, those numbers are relatively low. How much carbs, sugar, caloris and trans fat are what you should look for. I myself go on and off of EAS bars.
Hey Matt, how are you ? Thank you so much for your encouragement, I greatly appreciate it. Training is coming a long pretty well...i've been workin a lot of 13 hour shifts lately so I've been tired. But I still get the gym in though :) How are things for you?
thanks a lot for writing back...
but what do you eat in the evening..
i'm starving before going to bed...
that's the part of the day when my hunger get huge :) eventhough i'm eatint 4-5 times through the day...
so mostly i eat chicken, shrimps, or thuna around 9 pm...and at 10:30.. i eat fruits like apples, melons...
dunno what else i should eat in the evening.. i know carbs aren't great before going to bed...
could send me a pm...with all the clean stuff you eat??
my daily nutrition should be like:
bananas, lowfat burgers, chicken, eggs, vegetables, fruits (bananas, melons, oranges...) ..but i still can't get rid of the belly fat...
hey man,,,yeah,,i have been pretty busy lately with work,,,and probably a little lazy,,,a was slacking for a few weeks,,,i've been back on track this past week though. I guess the fact that I have been training for so long helps me,,,I can afford to slack a bit with diet and training and still maintain a decent shape, for now anyways,,lol,,,not getting any younger so maybe my luck will catch up to me soon and my metabolism will slow way down,,who knows.
hi there
how did you get rid of your belly fat??
same problem here
those fat burners don't work at all, even with an appropriate diet, an 2-3times cardio a week
