How I Started:
Woke up one day and I was 40 lbs over weight and weak as hell sitting at about 5ft9in and 215 lbs 32% bodyfat. Decided to join a gym for football to get stronger and faster.
Why I Love It:
I love looking in the mirror after a big set and use that momentum for the next set and rep it at 110%.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pumping the jams off my ipod.
BB Accomplishments:
In 2006 i lost 50 lbs to drop from 235 to 185. Then started to build from there.

Goal (Long):
Ive been lifting for 5 years now and ive seen great results. Going from a max bench of 115 to 315. I am currently in the best shape of my life. Doing full body workouts with a clean 6 meals/day diet. I currently am 6ft 198 lbs 10% body fat. My main goal is to git single digits 6 to 8% would be great. Trying to Gain that Lean muscle
