I was pudgy as a kid and one day i decided that I had enough of it.
Why I Love It:
It's not only the best way to relieve stress, anger, etc.. it's also a great way to develop as a person and put some discipline in your life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am constantly critiquing my physique and I know the only way to achieve those goals is to keep working hard.
BB Accomplishments:
For me the most gratifying thus far was the first time I put up 315 on bench..that was a good day. Sometime in the near future I hope to add a competitive victory to my accomplishments.

As you can see in my current profile pic from last year, I have abs but I can never seem to get the stubborn fat on my lower abs to go away- This year I want it to happen..it's time to accentuate my mesomorph characteristics to the fullest!!

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
It's a combination of two in my opinion...Improper form is one for sure, but the other half is everyone's big ass ego- if you can't lift the weight then don't try!! People try and show-off in the gym and it gets them in trouble. It's a combination of two in my opinion...Improper form is one for sure, but the other half is everyone's big ass ego- if you can't lift the weight then don't try!! What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
For me I have to be really careful on my shoulder so I have found that bench presses and shoulder presses can really cause some problems if I'm not careful.
