I want to lose 15 lbs and gain lean muscle definition. I hope to pump up my rear end and show off my abs soon!
Goal (Long):
I have now began going to the gym and working out at least 3-4 times per week where as before I was not working out at all!
Since ending my 8 year-long relationship (4 months ago), I have gained 10 lbs! Being newly single and passionate to nail any job interviews, I would feel my best once I lose 15 lbs and tone up my danger zones. These zones are located from my chest down to my knees.
I have never settled for being average! I've always been the petite lady, but since my appetite has sky rocketed...well, it's time to get that back in check.
My eating habits are all over the board, granted 88% of what I eat is very healthy (ie salmon, eggs, veggies, fruit with very little junk). It's the moderation factor that I can't seem to control! :S
With full dedication, I can accomplish my goals by Halloween safely.

With limited stressors in my life due to working out, I am better able to focus more patiently with my children! This wasn't much an issue before, but I can still certinly see a difference!

Well, today is the building blocks of my dream to one day stand on stage (almost nude) in a bikini, showing off my work well done. I have only had 2 instances where I actually felt comfortable enough wearing a bikini in my lifetime. This was back in the summer of Grade 9 and then again the...
