I started working out in November 1997. I managed to lose a lot of "baby fat" at that point. I continued to workout on and off for the next 10 years but when I finished school and started working at a "real job", I started to gain weight again.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get from seeing some results, no matter how small. Also, I just like the mood boost I get from working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
From seeing results and not wanting to develop any health problems.
You have all the inner strength you need to make your body transformation dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. You will have to challenge yourself because it’s not super easy but it’s still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Let us know if we can help
