My short term goal is to get to the gym 5-6 times a week, with some days being 2x training sessions. I want to lose 1-2 lbs per week until I reach my goal.
Lose fat, and look as good as I know I can. I have spent two years on my patootie, with the exception of the last couple of months 'cause of some physical illnesses that have caused depression and pain. Now I am using a more positive way of thinking
