My sister is a Figure Champion and to see her up on stage inspires me. She is helping me with my transformation. I want to take care of myself and not only obtain a healthy lifestyle but look good doing it!
Why I Love It:
It is changing my life each and everyday. Mentally and Physically. It is a great stress reliever and is totally therapeutic. Now that I have had a taste, I will waste no more time and get ready to achieve my goals!
How I Stay Motivated:
My kids/family! I love them to death and want to be here on earth for as long as I can to enjoy every minute possible with them.

I want to build some MASSIVE Muscle by January 2009 and get ready to compete.
Goal (Long):
My entire life I have never been consistent with working out. I've always wanted to have a nice body but I guess I just wanted to see results immediately and didn't have the patience to let it happen. I didn't have the drive I needed to keep with the program. I just turned 30 years old and it's time I start to accomplish that one goal I've always desired. I want to be ripped! I want that sexy sixpack that the women admire! I want to be able to take my shirt off and be comfortable and confident! I've finally achieved that mental focus that it takes and I am not going to give up. I know I can do it! I know now, It WILL happen. Im Driven and Im being patient. The work is finally paying off.
Wuts the haps bro? Im on the DL.lol!! Im planning on fixing the deck myself this weekend and getting some landscaping done. I need to get my house rented out. This weekend its all about that. So did you get my hito registered for football yet??
