When I Started: Nov, 2006
How I Started: I gained 55+ lbs. when I was pregnant with my daughter. After I had her, I was disappointed when the weight wasn't coming off. So I decided to make a change in my life.
Why I Love It: I love the way it makes me feel.. and I love seeing the results from hard work.
