lean-n-hard Yeah you have made some great gains over the fall/winter months. And you are looking great. My progress is coming along well. I got hit with some crazy flu bug that's been making a lot of people sick around here,but since i work in a hospital that happens from time to time. craigcapurso I get away with it as I keep my nutrition in check and I supplement to help keep up with my deficiencies but you bring up good point.. with days of training etc.. I structure off season different than diet for a competition to allow for growth.. Dec 24, 2011 3:45pm
