I was teased and bullied mercilessly as a pre-teen. My family moved when I was 13 and I decided it was time to take my health into my own hands

I've been up and down for 13 years! From Fat to Ripped - Active to Lazy. And back again! I'm ready to commit to fitness
Goal (Long):
I'm not in horrible shape right now. Well compared to some of you - yes I am. But the point of this space is to seek motivation and tips from others. I'm 205 pounds now and would like to get down to 175, the healthy way. No diet pills and crash diets. I've been there before but now I'm back to my "comfortable" weight. Which really isn't comfortable at all.

I want to LOSE 30 lb
