Goal (Long):
I'm not in horrible shape right now. Well compared to some of you - yes I am. But the point of this space is to seek motivation and tips from others. I'm 205 pounds now and would like to get down to 175, the healthy way. No diet pills and crash diets. I've been there before but now I'm back to my "comfortable" weight. Which really isn't comfortable at all.

I want to LOSE 30 lb

6%
