Well, Ive been at this for a while now.. 14 or so weeks, lost a bit gained a bit.. i feel better. but today was the 1st day i truly wanted to give up.. Mind numbing loss of hope and conviction. feeling like I'm not getting anywhere.
So how to cope? what to do? and how to go about...
Had to stop going to the gym after last august when i popped my back and neck out after trying to hard. its taken my 8 months to get back to where i was before it happened. so now i just do light aerobics in the house and walk the dog slowly.
hope to go back to the gym soon, depends on the...

Stay strong, focused and determined.
Remember: “You've got to get up every morning with determination, if you're going to go to bed with satisfaction.”
If you're benching anything more than your bodyweight, then you are definately on the right track! Good on you! As for me, I didn't make my target weight but I still have the end of the year to get down to 6% BF...
I just stopped by to see how you are doing and to wish you continued success. Achieving weight loss and getting into great shape sounds easy until someone is actually working at it. I know how challenging it can be, especially the nutrition part. If you are having any difficulties or questions with your program feel free to give me a yell. I would like nothing more than to see you achieve your fitness goals.
Stick too it! It'll show more and more with time. I've noticed that photos only show really massive changes. I've got all these little bits that are pulling tighter and feeling better but no-one sees.
