Why I Love It:
Because it challenges the mind just as much as the body. Intensity is all a mental game, so if you can have intensity every day when you work out, you can have it when you need it for other things.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting stronger, seeing progress, taking new measurements.

I used to weigh 139 pounds. My goal is to weigh 150-155 pounds after cutting the fat that I'll gain while bulking.
