Why I Love It:
Because it challenges the mind just as much as the body. Intensity is all a mental game, so if you can have intensity every day when you work out, you can have it when you need it for other things.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting stronger, seeing progress, taking new measurements.
BB Accomplishments:
I used to weigh 139 pounds. My goal is to weigh 150-155 pounds after cutting the fat that I'll gain while bulking.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Carelessness, lack of knowledge. I see guys doing squats, rounding their back, doing terrible power cleans, etc. Educate yourself before you lift.
