All my life i have been heavy even though in high school i played sports. I grew up with military parents so our house was pretty active. I picked up one of my mom's Oxygen mags in high school and my desire to be a healthy fit woman was sparked. I wish i could say i have been fit ever since but i have not. However, with my birthday coming up i have made up my mind that i will no longer live my life fat and out of shape. I am not dieting anymore...i am changing my lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment that working out gives me. Never once have i finished a workout and been like... "i wish i hadn't done that."
How I Stay Motivated:
When my clothes get smaller and when i have achieved another level of fitness. Being heavy you always feel limited physically. So when i do something i thought i couldnt do, it just feels great!

Taking responsibility for myself and making my health a priority.

I haven written in awhile...life has been crazy. I am graduating college on Saturday, I got a new teaching job for the summer (teaching first grade at a private school), i am moving across the state, and i am still training for the Army 10 miler! Go me! Anyway...here is the time where i...
Got a new trainer! Here is what I am going to work on right now... Cardio 5-6 days a week for 30-45 minutes and total body weight workouts 2-3 days a week. So wish me luck on the program!

I've been great. I hit the gym hard last week and needed 4 recovery days, lol. I was Sooooooo sore, my quads were killing from BB squats :P
I'm going to hit it again today and I'm upping the cardio now because I'm a little behind with my goals.

My weekend was excellent. Spent time with the family and worked out. Workout is going fine. I'm just being patient with my progress. How is your training going?
Sorry I haven't been in touch lately. I've been depressed from having an injury. I was put on an all carb diet because the meds the doctor gave me messed up my stomach. I'm now at my worst at 194lbs. I have to say you look good in your pictures. Your face is getting slimmer! Keep up the good work! Take care.
Nothin' but the usual. Injured again. Aggravated a back injury from over 10 years ago. Side lined for the moment. But my workout is now working on my tan. :). Gotta have something to work on.....
