Ma'Dad's weight pile in the basement. Got more serious in college. Didnt get the diet w/the liftin down til early/mid 2008.
Why I Love It:
Grew up around it...all I know. Changes over the past yr. have been great. Met some life-long friends in the process.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seein that improvement. Some health issues. Cant let'em get the best of me. The lil mouse in ma'pocket that keeps me in check :) , she makes me want ta'be a better man. Want ma'little girl ta'be proud of how'er Daddy looks.
BB Accomplishments:
Hittin 340 on ma'bench Jan. '07 @ 190lbs. Gettin on stage at the '08 Rocky Mountain.

So I've been emailed about the Hydroxycut recall, Googled it for ma'self, saw some guy on here posted the Washington Times article about it....

Its up to everyone ta'make a decision on their own.  I personally cant take thermogenics due to a thyroid condition but would I have been takin...

Hey thanks for the comment. Needless to say I didn't win the biggest loser competition. I only lost about 10 lbs. I wanted to say thanks for even stopping by my page. Just from looking at you and your pics, you really know what you are doing and how to do it. I wish I had someone here like that who could help me out. Again thanks for checking out my page, although it's pretty much the most boring page on here!

I know alot about seeing red... just the other day I was in the gym and my fat A** sat on my IPOD pushing the volume down during my set... I seen that red stuff you're talking about and threw that dang thing across the gym. :)

My week was fantastic too!! I took a littl vacation. :) You don't need that oreo and strawberry cake... but I have this new workout partner that might need it... he was lackin some sugar or something while working legs with me this past week... he'll need that cake to keep up with me this next time. :)
