How I Started:
I was an equipment manager for the football team and they challenged me to workout with them the summer before my senior year. I haven't looked back since.
Why I Love It:
It just gives you a great sense of pride and accomplishment as well as a great place to let out the stresses of your life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know I'd be someone completely different if I hadn't started.
BB Accomplishments:
I was 175 at once point. I squated 375 one time at 150 lbs.
