Background

When I Started: May 2001
HOW I STARTED:

I was an equipment manager for the football team and they challenged me to workout with them the summer before my senior year. I haven't looked back since.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It just gives you a great sense of pride and accomplishment as well as a great place to let out the stresses of your life.

Took some delsym, which I don't normally use. If it keeps this cough suppressed for another hour or so, I'm going to get my workout on.

Rest

I'm going to rest up the rest of the day, and hopefully get into the gym tonight (even though the national championship game is on).  I want to get my chest and shoulders done, and then maybe some cardio if I can handle it.
