Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pros - all the equipment I desire, boxing bags if I'm pissy, cardio equipment.
Cons - it gets crowded, which limits supersetting options.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Weighted lower back exercises such as the good morning or hyperextensions. For me personally, my lower back is a spot of weakness and I have to be careful with my form, how much weight I use, and the intensity of the exercises.
