How I Started:
I have always been a physical person. but after the holidays 2006-2007 I was up to 203 lbs. For me that is heavy. I got back in to running 3 days a week and weight training 3 days a week. In a year I droped 30 lbs, 173 lbs. I have put on some more muscle after finishing a bulking phase and I'm am now 212 lbs. Time to get lean...
Why I Love It:
I like pain. Like I said I am a physical person and enjoy hard physical work. When I lie down after working hard all day and my body aches...for me it is a natural high. Weight training has a similar affect. The pain make me feel like I have accomplished something.
How I Stay Motivated:
I normaly do all my training in the early morning, whether cardio(jogging)or weights. Sometimes it's hard to get started but I stay focused on the feeling of accomplishment I will have when I'm done.
BB Accomplishments:
I guess I would say returning to a youthful lean toned physique. Gaining muscle and fitness instead of losing.. which many people do when they begin to reach this age..

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually do 12 reps because its enough to burn but not to much. This enables me to complete 4 or more sets.
