I want to get to the point were I can give my body a rest from being obese for all these years. I weighed 237 coming out of 8th grade in 1985 and the weight just, well I mistreated the temple that God gave me to occupy. So now i'm trying to correct my bad behavior before it's everlasting to late.

I like what you said about God's temple. I tell people all the time about taking care of the only body God gives them. It is the only one you get so cherish it. just keep doing what you are doing as far feeding the right stuff and keeping it active and it will reward you back

im in a bodygroup and i saw you and you wrote about you needing a cardio plan and you wanted to get it going well im 15 and i weighed 331 pounds recently and now im 289.6 in only 4 weeks i started off slow with walking and then started going longer distances and eventually started running and just did 3 miles yesterday i realized its all mental and its good what you are trying to do good luck!! if you need help with anything i know im 15 but i know alot
