I work harder than anyone I know. I would be ashamed of myself if I ever walked out of my gym thinking that I could have given more, that someone else is more dedicated to perfection than I am. My goal is to be the best I can be.
I'd like to gain 15 lbs (up to 175 lbs), put 30 lbs on my bench press (up to about 300 lbs), add 50 lbs to my deadlift (up to 455 lbs), and 30 lbs to my squat (up to 405 lbs). I'd like to do this in less than 6 months.
