Day One:
Barbell Incline Bench Press
Dumbbell Pullovers
Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise
Barbell Curl or Cable Preacher Curl
Day Two:
Barbell Front Squats
Leg Press
Leg Extensions
Calv Press
Day Three:
T-Bar Row
Barbell Deadlift
Front Shoulder Press
French Press
(per exercise only one set with 15-20 reps with a short break after each rep).
