When i met Jörg , my husband, i was highly driven to workout and ready to take the first step toward attaining my goals. And of course one of the reason why i startet with BB: Regiane Da Silva!! Together with my brother Devrim we opened our own gym in 2007.

I like the look of the fitnesswomen like Regiane Da Silva, Ava Cowan and Tamar Cohl. That`s my goal - to get the great shape of these women. Oh i forgot: and of course "Madonna" ;)
Hello Gorgeous Derya And thankyou so much and i will continue to train and work hard on my off season Just taking a 2 week break after my competition to refocus and get my spark back. So i can start adding some more size well without too adding too much bodyfat.
well it will be a little while.. a few months atleast there are no more pro shows for a while. but ill stay in touch for your... your a favorite of mine
We're doing well. The summer was too short. I wrecked my M3 but replaced it with an X6- it will do better in the snow, but I miss the ability to take the top down. Still, nothing there's nothing like a beautiful German vehicle, or lady! LOL By the way, what happened to all those beautiful pics?

training is going great, have been busting my ass. sitting right about 280 but everything is starting to cut up so happy about that.

Bitteschöne! Ich glaube miene Deustch eist nicht so schlecht. Hoffenlich ich bin zuruck im Deutschland bei Dezember. I will have to look up your fitness center! It looks fabulous! If you ever go to any of the Bodybuilding Meisterschafts in Germany you might have seen me on stage!
Nein, Ich bin Amerikaner. But I have spent 11 years in Germany and/or Italy. I love living in Europe and my long term goal is to figure out how I can live here long term. But I figured I better at least speak and read some German if that is ever going to become a reality. You by the way have already achieved look equal to or better than Madonna!
