It makes me feel good.. I have hypoglycemia and so by eating right and exercising I stay energized... and seeing results from workin out helps my self esteem/image.

To tone my upper body, and build my lower body by summertime.
Goal (Long):
My goal in detail: I'm 5' 10" and lean. I HATE it! I want to transform my body as much as possible. I know this takes more than a few months, but I want to have a body like Ava Cowan in the long-run. I've never had much self esteem or a good self image, so I want to build a body I can actually look at in the mirror and be proud of. After my horrible break-up with my ex last year, I'm determined to not let my self esteem get me down anymore. I want to tone my upper body and cut my abs, but I want to build my thighs, calves, and glutes. I'm also starting to get "love handles" . . that's DISGUSTING! If anyone knows a cure for this, please and by all means, let me know something!! lol.

Man I been changin' up my routine, adding more weight and hittin hard all week! Yesterday was 4 sets leg ext+leg curl whole stack, superset with toe raises (whole stack) then ass to the grass squats (only 135 now) superste with seated toe raise; then pulley crunches and hanging leg wheels (raise with a turn)...Today, I just want to SLEEP!
That's great to hear. I'm doin pretty well myself....starting to make noticable gains. my diet has sucked this week because of a stomach bug or somethin earlier this week. was kinda dehydrated but i'm fine now.
