Well I have been working slowly toward my goal and am now down to 158 pounds. Am going to amp up again and make another push towards my goal in the new year. I am still determined to get there by April!!
I walk 20 miles a week.
I use the treadclimber 4 times a week.
I use the stairmaster 4 times a week.
I lift weights 3 times a week.
I use smaller weights and try for more reps.
I focus more on abs and triceps, also the glutes.
