In the short term I would like to harden up a bit and gain a little upper body size.

My real goal is to become very healthy overall 1st and foremost. Then I would like to gain a little size in my upper chest, arms, and harden up over the next yr or so. After this I can focus on maintaining and saving my F'ed up joints.
