I'm very well rounded on supplements, I think i have a good general information for choosing the right supp. stack
7:30 AM - When I wake up I like taking a opti-men multi. vit. pill along with a fish oil pill and a cliff bar. And about twice a week usualy tue. and thur. I'll take a scoop of whey protein (Optimum Nutrition).
10:00 - Before I lift I take a scoop of Super Pump (Gaspari)
11:30 - Post Work-Out I take 2 scoops a Myozene (BioQuest) And a scoop of Syntha 6 (BSN)
3:00 - 16 g protein bar
10:30ish - And before bed I end my day with 2 scoops of Gold Standard Casein (Optimum Nutrition)
