I like to research everything as much as I can before I take it. I'm really hoping to improve my health. After 3 kids in a row I feel like they vaccumed every good mineral and vitamin out of my bones! I'm feeling better than ever working out 5, soon to be 6 days a week, and I really do think learning to balance my nutrition with supplements is a great way to go. I love feedback so if you know anything more that I should know do comment.
So far here's what I've started with on my stacking: Omega 3 from flax, vitamin D 2000 IU, Iron, chia seeds, stolen kid gummy bear vitamins (3).
I plan to pick up some organic whey protien powder concentrate after researching brands and pro's and con's. My store is out for now, so I need to look elsewhere.
I also plan to pick up an adult womens multivitmin, and possibily Niacin (B3).
So far I hope that does it. My current project is researching vitamins and supplements (it's an unreggulated industry) the best I can to determine if there is anything else I think is valid to try. :) Taking notes on some documentaries to reaseach later this week so I can compare notes with my freind, who's just as in to this right now. We talk good food everyday during our workouts. It's been helping me figure it out a lot faster. Us pre-nursing students have fun on our time off. haha.
My other mission is learning about detox's. I've never done it, and it sounds like a great idea. Time to learn.

Because I Can
I've felt really movtivated lately, because I've been on the mend from surgery. I had an unexpected C-section and for a month couldn't even move. When I could move again it was really painful for another month. Now tha I can move again without pain it just feels so good I don't want to stop. It's been 4 months as of yesterday and I can run 2 miles again already. You really appreciate going when you've been unable to move for so long!
