duude you work too much! well i get those aluminum foil sort of plates and pack em in advance if i dont get the chance to i usually go for juhayna rayeb and one of those discussting power bars with 20g proteins, key is i never leave myself without eating. in one of my internships last summer i use to buy sardines !

do you speak any Japanese? and do most people speak English? least younger folks? would i have to learn a lot if I want to hitchhike?
