Overall Goal: My main goal is to tack on about 30 or 35 lbs and keep a shredded look. Basically I want that beach body that every girl wishes her man had.

Ask Goals-R-High for an update.
I've always had team workouts when I was playing football, running track, and even boxing. But those programs were designed to keep me lean and fast. Just recently (october 2008) have I began a budybuilding probram to add size and strength.
Why I Love It:
I love the environment. The gym is a great place to hang out, relieve a little stress, and meet new people.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about how big and strong my twin brother is and it makes me want to catch up to him. Hopefully one of these days I'll pass him up. It's a twin thing!
My main goal is to tack on about 30 or 35 lbs and keep a shredded look. Basically I want that beach body that every girl wishes her man had.
Goal (Long):
Well, where do I start? First of all I've always been a skinny guy. I played football, and ran track in high school all 4 years. I then went on to run track at UNC Charlotte for 2 years and decided to quit that to persue a career in boxing. I've been boxing on and off for the past 4 years. So to make a long story short, I've always kept my cardio levels out the roof to maintain a stamina level that would help me perform better in boxing, track and football. For the past 8 or 9 years of my life my cardio routines have been brutal and as a result of this I'm still a tall skinny guy. I weighed 150 when I graduated high school in 2002. I'm 6'2" and I now weigh 167.
BUT THINGS ARE ABOUT TO CHANGE!!!
-I'm no longer a boxer, sprinter or athlete that competes. I'm 24 years old and ready to slow things down a bit. So now I'm making the transition from athlete to body-builder. Just sit back and enjoy the show.
