I have just lost 5 pounds after deciding I need to seriously accomplish my goals this time. I hate the way I look but this will change, way too much bodyfat, no idea how much though.  181.5, and dropping, you'll see. I am really dissapointed and no excuses but I have been going through a rough time and I ate emotionally for a good month or two there and packed on 15 pounds. Yeesh, well no more. You just see come next monday.

Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Lose fat and add muscle. Get stronger for my sport.I want to gain 15 pounds of muscle and lose 20 pounds of fat. I want to compete in NARCH (North American Roller Hockey Championships) and take home a championship. Make a college roller hockey team.
Goal (Long): All my life I have struggled with dieting and weight, I as always the cubby kid. I want the makings of a nice six pack and toned arms and legs. But mostly I dont want anyone to think of me as fat anymore. I want to wear a bikina and be hot to me and everyone else. I'd like around 12-15% body fat and to weigh 135-ish.

keep going..make sure you are weighing yourself at the same time everyday.. like as soon as you wake up.. helps you see more clearly where your wieght is headed. Once you get the hot body Make sure you keep it!
