Playing hockey I knew I had to be stronger and I have always wanted to look and feel better.

I have just lost 5 pounds after deciding I need to seriously accomplish my goals this time. I hate the way I look but this will change, way too much bodyfat, no idea how much though.
181.5, and dropping, you'll see. I am really dissapointed and no excuses but I have been going through a rough time and I ate emotionally for a good month or two there and packed on 15 pounds. Yeesh, well no more. You just see come next monday.

Goal (Long):
All my life I have struggled with dieting and weight, I as always the cubby kid. I want the makings of a nice six pack and toned arms and legs. But mostly I dont want anyone to think of me as fat anymore. I want to wear a bikina and be hot to me and everyone else. I'd like around 12-15% body fat and to weigh 135-ish.
Feeling good, today is the first day of summer! I have already done some arm and back workout. And I am taking a break, then its back to the iron. It's currently in the triple digits temperature wise so I dont really want to do cardio but maybe later tonight towards the evening I will. It's...

Typical workout like this usually includes:
? 15 minute warm-up on stationary bike(or run) + stretching
? One set of Plyo?s (Set A or B)+ One of the exercise days below(Day 0-4)
? 10 minute cooldown on stationary bike(or run) + stretching...

Push yourself hard and the results will come. Goalies need to be quick and agile, flexible and strong so I believe that you are headed in the right direction. Keep up the great work.

keep going..make sure you are weighing yourself at the same time everyday.. like as soon as you wake up.. helps you see more clearly where your wieght is headed. Once you get the hot body Make sure you keep it!
good job on the 6lb loss. looking at your weight chart, it seems to be up and down like a rollercoaster though. seems like you may be cheating with foods every now & then? keep up the good work. bulkingbrit
