How I Started:
I used to be overweight (about 200 lbs!). I started working out about ten years ago, but I just did generic stuff. I just got in to bodybuilding this year. I started building in April of 2007, and reached my greatest fitness level in July of 2007. I love it!
Why I Love It:
The feeling of accomplishment and the confidence... by far the best reasons.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror!
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 137 lbs and 22% BF to 128 lbs and 18% BF!

I want to be in the best shape of my life!
Goal (Long):
Last summer I reached a whole new level of fitness. I had never been so dedicated about something, but I did it. I reached my goals, but then I fell off the wagon once winter started moving in. So, now I'm going to get back there and then some. I want to get down to 15% BF by this summer, which would be the lowest ever in my life. We're talking about making babies this summer, so I'd like to reach this goal before that happens. After the baby, I'll have that motivation to get back in the game and be a hot mama! Nothing will stop me.
