Good. hope you are?? I have been slack on here. Im still lifting hard 5 days a week. I got a iphone so I log my workouts on there now and have not had as much time to play on here. Whats been going on with you???

Hey. Pretty good. I took off a week to rest mostly because of my lower back bothering me. This is my second week back after the rest. I hate taking that much time off even thought I know you really are suppose to but I feel like I loose so much and I have to work back up to were I was.I got a new iphone and have a app on there to record my workouts so I have been doing that instead of putting it on here. How are you doing??

Yea I wish I knew what was next.LOL!! I like what I am doing but I know it will just continue to bulk me up. I can't seem to balance cardio and Powerlifting so I have only been lifting. It will be a year in June since I started. The job is going well. A lot to learn paperwork wise but its good..Hope you are doing good!!

Thanks!! Im doing pretty good. I just wish i would have started keeping track of my gains sooner. I have been lifting since june 08 and have worked up pretty fast but just started keeping track of my size since like December. I have gained a half inch in biceps and calves since I last checked. What about you??

Wow thats low!! I don't know how you do that. I would have zero energy to workout if I ate like that to get down to that low of body fat.

Pretty good and you?? My workout partner is trying to get me to do a powerlifting even in Charlotte at the YMCA in March. I would love to but I just don't think im ready for that yet. What have you been up to??

Both stiff leg and regular deadlifts?? What do you do for hamsrings and lower back then??
