How I Started:
I was always a cardio junkie. I ran alot until my IT band would not let me. So I converted to speed walking and when the weather got to cold I joined the gym. I just started playing around with weights a little in Nov. 07 and got serious about weight lifting in June 08.
Why I Love It:
I love the results and the challenge of it. Always trying to increase the weight and get stronger is fun to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
So far motivation has not been a issue I just love the challenge. 5 days a week at the gym is not a drudgery its something I look forward to each time.
BB Accomplishments:
All of my bodybuilding is a accomplishment to me. I went from no muscle to lots of it!!
This pic was taken before I started lifting. I started playing around with it in Nov. 07 and got into serious weight lifting June 08. I had pencil arms!! LOL!!
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I guess I would say squats because I try to get super deep into it and I do try to be careful for fear of blowing a knee out.Im not old but im no spring chicken either. LOL!!

What shoulder workout has worked best for you?
Seated barbell military press, Seated dumbell press, lateral raises and front raises.

Well it was about time...LOL;I was going to give you a loss by default...lol..I like the thickness progress....I'll consider this one a victory on both sides due to shortness of time and quick results...alright so what's next..going larger? more cut? or play it by ear?...this was a good challenge....by the way hope the new job is treating you well. Yup. different than regular guinness. not that thick and finishes well without too much of a bitter after taste. limited time only so get a tall one and run 20 mins more cardio.LOL
