athenrye No probs man. I don't know if your routine was similar to the guy in this test down the page but he also added 200lbs+ to his squat 1RM in 10 weeks doing just 1 workout a week although he was starting from a relatively low weight. No mention of any supps. http://www.trulyhuge.com/news/tips62d.htm Anyway impressive gains you made. I'd be happy with just your starting figures..lol..but more focused now on just building myself back up hopefully to how I used to look or better. Jul 20, 2010 5:50am
