How I Started:
Used to be a runner but never really liked the look of no upper body muscle. Started lift and went nuts with it. Oh, I still run....a little anyway.

I need it to get my day rolling. Otherwise I feel foggy all day long. Gotta get the blood flowing. Always enjoy the friendships made at the gym.

Rollerblading isn't very good for the knees, put's alot of stress on them..

Thanks, so you used to run also. It's very hard on the knees. I mountain bike and lift weights now.
