I saw My Dad Weight Lifting When is was about 5 and iv wanted to do it ever since.

Iv been in School for one week and my 5th week in football so far my Sophmore Year and i think ive got the Varsity Nose Guard Position down and thats pretty sweet and iv Deffently have saw a improvement in me endurance and iv exceeded most of the other Players>>>>.!

hey man i must say im 18 years old and just got 2 the point where i look almost like you, you are very impressive for a 16 year old, prolly the most fit ive ever seen for your age, keep up the good work.

long time to reply. It sounds typical, but all I did was cut calories and double cardio for 2 months. 15 incline on the tread mill for 15 minutes twice a day, as fast as you can walk. It works!
