How I Started:
Always wanted to lift because my Dad was a big lifter, and was so happy when he got me my first gym membership.
Why I Love It:
I feel its important to stay in shape, helps with confidence, attitude, and sports. I enjoy the changes lifting will give your body but I also enjoy the actual lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Become stronger then my Dad one day, gains in strength and sports that lifting gives me.

Journal - The week was solid, got my workouts in and the diet was good except for thursday.
Idea - I want more variety and to become more organized. Have to check at Cardinal to see if I can get there on weekends.
