How I Started:
My job requires extensive travel. Most of the guys I work with spend their evenings on a bar stool, as I did until I realized it was not gaining me anything. I decided I needed to do something better for myself and I remembered how good it felt to be fit back in High School. I decided it was time to build a body for myself and not what a specific sport required like back in high school. Found a gym near the site I was working at and started going every other day after work. Now I've had some time to research and am developing a work out routine that will evolve as needed. Some locations I work at don't always have gyms near by, so I got a set of resistance bands that I can pack in the suit case and take with me.
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of a good burn after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now my wife helps a lot and knowing I'm in better shape of going to be in better shape than the guys I work with is a big plus.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to cut away the fat hiding the muscle I have and grow the muscle I have so it stands out. I'm guessing if I can get down to 10% body fat and an intense weight train schedule I should be able to get there. Also I would like to get my waist back down to a 27-28" range again.
