How I Started:
Played sports in high school, started working out. Now i don't play organized sports but still work out!
Why I Love It:
Thriving on the physical, emotional,and mental state working out and being in good shape bring.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about the ones in my life who look up to and support me. I have to hold my own, working out helps contribute to my feelings of self actualization. Oh and to prove all the nay sayers wrong!
Regular 4 day a week weight training/30 min cardio, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.
2 days a week intense cardio, Weds, Sat
Sunday - rest.
Trying to lower body fat % & build muscle
it sucks... a lot. but I got more meds until I can get into PT to start fixing my back. the bulging disk will heal, but the disease will get worse and worse unless I get it fixed fairly soon. I want be able to play rugby again! and LIFT!
