WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the energy, idea of doing something better for yourself, and intense challenges that surprisingly surpasses my expectations.

Brain-Body Chemistry --- Post Workout energy?

Usually when I work out I have loads of energy afterwards. Now I have reach a point where my energy levels are nearly exhausted before my day really starts. Are there any ideas or foods to eat to boost my energy levels?


Today was a great workout! I'm looking forward to tomorrow. Today, finallly, is my rest day! I'm using this opportunity to record some thoughts and fill in information. I chose today's title because I moved recently and decided I want more than just a good healthy body but a good healthy lifestyle. I've been here nearly two weeks and really haven't met anyone, but I know that time will come. My first move was to find a gym and a job.
