How I Started:
Well I've always wanted to be big, Ive done karate for over 5 years and Stopped for 3 years now and I should be carrying on when I get back to college. I wasn't able to train in the gym because of my studies and it was my last year at high school so I was forced to study my asse off. But ive started in the gym a few weeks ago and Its going well, However i've been doing pushups every day at home while studeing and maintaining a good diet.
Why I Love It:
I love Working out becuase its part of my big plan. Ill be training for my black belt in karate this year to enter Kickboxing the year after, so its all really for my own pleasure and to enter K-1 Kickboxing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and thinking.. WOW I am fit!, when i grow,.. im growing so fast, after all that weight I lost, and when I go college I feel the fittest
BB Accomplishments:
To be K-1 kickboxing champion, Have great arms and shoulders, im not really concerned much about my legs because at my new college we wear suits and I have big legs as it is, soo yea I dont want to train my legs yet, however if theirs anyone out there that can help me with my training its well appreciated

Just started again after 3 week break, still dont go gym and finished my weight loss programe
Bulking up now,so yea eating alot, and ive just joined the gym today.

hey man thanks my diet is a dirty bulk i just eat whatever but i try and stay away form the vegies people say its bad just i dont like em. but if i was u i would clean bulk. training routine is the bryan urlacher training routine idk if its working cause i just started it. last one though was the 5x5 routine check it out on this site
